Homeowner Fees
The Community Association's regular assessment fee as of January, 2012 is $104 per household, per month. This includes the use of Orchard Creek and Kilaga Springs Lodges, Fitness Centers, Sports Plaza, Tennis, Bocce and Pickleball Courts, a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, hiking and walking trails along with other recreational facilities. It also includes maintenance of the community common areas and funding for Reserves. |
