- Approved the Board of Directors Minutes for the following: December 14, 2011 Board of Directors Special Meeting, and December 15, 2011 Board of Directors Meeting
- Presented Service Awards to Jim Leonhard, Gay Mackintosh, Bill Frasier, John Glynn and Sam Rahman.
- Announced the resolution of SCLHCA's claims against the developer of Sun City, regarding concerns over the construction of certain common area improvements. The distribution of the settlement, in the amount of $1,646,250 will be addressed at future Board meetings.
