January 2012 Board of Directors Highlights

  • Approved the Board of Directors Minutes for the following: February 23, 2012 Board of Directors Meeting.

  • Presented a Service Award to Bill Cooper for his service on the Properties Committee.

  • Appointed Alain Girard to serve on the Properties Committee.

  • Rescinded the instruction to the Properties Committee to hire a Pickleball consultant.

  • Accepted the Properties Committee’s recommendation to proceed to the planning stage for 2 new Pickleball courts.

  • Accepted the February 2012 Financials.

  • Approved the changes to the Ballroom Dance Group Guidelines.

  • Appointed Susan Cofer to the Compliance Committee.

  • Adopted Board Resolution 2012-002, the formation of the Strategic Advisory Committee.

  • Received a commendation to OC and KS lodges from Toys for Tots for being the largest contributor in the area.
