This small group training gives a fast effective full body workout. Julia has worked for Sun City Lincoln Hills for the past 3 years. She is a motivating trainer who has experience training a wide variety of clientele. She believes in helping people feel comfortable in the gym atmosphere, and making fitness fun. She enjoys sharing in the success of her clients by encouraging them to perform at their best and exceed their limitations. Fitness is the cornerstone to overall health, and being fit is the key to a living a happy, healthy life!
